Was a little disappointed car was not detailed or charged up before we arrived. We had made the appointment a week earlier. Also the cargo mat was missing and now we have to wait for that. I had enough battery to get home but on level 1 it takes 2 days before we can use car. Liam was helpful.
My sales person was persistent in trying to locate the SUV I ordered in May. When he was unable to do that, he found one similar at another dealership. Thanks for the effort.

Amazing staff. We had great staff to work with. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Sat down and let Liam know what we wanted, our budget and within a few days we found it. Had a bit of an issue with collecting money from our insurance company (2 weeks) but Peter Smith GM put a sold sign on her and give us all the time we needed to get the deposit together. Clean, friendly staff, quick, knowledgeable, professional. One complaint that I want documented incase there are any issues with rust etc. When I received my car there was a paint chip in the drivers door. Brady did deal with it quickly and I appreciate that.

Unreal level of customer service.
